Minting is the process of creating new tokens. The minting process is initiated by the mint authority, which is the account that has the authority to create new tokens. The mint authority can mint new tokens to a token account by calling the mint_to instruction of the Token Program. This is all handled for you, by the SMF app, when you start the upload process. Token burn is the process of destroying tokens. The token burn process is initiated by the burn authority, which is the account that has the authority to destroy tokens. The burn authority can burn tokens from a token account by calling the burn instruction of the Token Program.

Token transfer is the process of transferring tokens from one account to another. The token transfer process is initiated by the transfer authority, which is the account that has the authority to transfer tokens. The transfer authority can transfer tokens from one token account to another by calling the transfer instruction of the Token Program.
